Richard and Natasha are also the co-founders of Our Gathering Table, a women’s friendship community that grew organically to more than 3,000 members across Middle Tennessee and beyond and now operates as Gathering Table Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Richard and Natasha both grew up in Memphis and now live in Franklin, TN. They are the proud parents of three young children — a daughter and twin boys.

Today, he brings decades of marketing expertise along with experience as a strategist, entrepreneur, and paid ads expert spanning both the traditional agency world and the digital marketing frontier.
Natasha brings her own unique foundation in advertising, strategy, and law, having studied Advertising and Political Science at SMU before earning her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
